About Yoga 500 hour course

This 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed to provide comprehensive training to aspiring yoga teachers and deepen the practice of experienced practitioners.

Throughout this course, students will delve into the philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and practical aspects of yoga.

By the end of this program, students will be well-equipped to guide others in their yoga journey and lead safe and meaningful yoga classes.

Module 1: Yoga Philosophy and History (50 hours)

  • Introduction to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
  • The Eight Limbs of Yoga
  • Study of Bhagavad Gita and its relevance
  • Historical evolution of yoga
  • Ethics and principles of yoga
    Module 2: Anatomy and Physiology (60 hours)
  • Understanding the human body in relation to yoga
  • Musculoskeletal system and its relevance to asanas
  • Respiratory and nervous systems
  • Common injuries and precautions in yoga
  • Pranayama techniques
    Module 3: Asana Practice (100 hours)
  • In-depth practice of asanas (postures)
  • Alignment, adjustments, and modifications
  • Sequencing and class planning
  • Use of props and variations
  • Practicum: teaching asanas
    Module 4: Teaching Methodology (80 hours)
  • Effective communication and cueing
  • Group dynamics and classroom management
  • Creating a safe and inclusive space

    Module 5: Meditation and Mindfulness (40 hours)
  • Introduction to meditation techniques

3) Course subject: Yoga Theory, Hathyoga,
Vinyasa, Teaching methodology, Yogic anatomy
4) Language: Hindi and English
5) Timing for practical -6:00-8:00am or 10:00am-
12:00pm for theory will be online 8:00-9:00pm
as online (Mon to Sat)
6) Eligibility:12th Pass
7) Duration: 60days
8) Registration is mandatory at least 5 days before
10) Inform Yogic kayakalp about any physical or
mental health issues including pregnancy, injuries,
and diseases before booking a course

1. Minimum of 1 year of consistent yoga practice. 2. A genuine interest in yoga philosophy and teaching. 3. Good physical and mental health. 4. Willingness to participate actively in all course components.
