Cancellation and Refund Policy

At YoKalp, we aim to offer the highest quality wellness experiences and products. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

1. Class Bookings & Memberships

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a booked session up to 12 hours in advance with no penalty.
  • Refunds: Memberships and class packages are non-refundable once activated. However, under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may offer a partial refund or class credit.

2. Workshops & Teacher Training Programs

  • Cancellation: If canceled more than 7 days before the start date, you’re eligible for a 75% refund. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the program.
  • Transfers: Registrations can be transferred to another date or person upon approval.

3. Equipment & Merchandise

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, provided they haven’t been shipped.
  • Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
