1.I agree to abide by the rules of conduct, behavior, dress code, equipment usage, and use of services that are displayed within the studio and that have been provided to me.
2.I agree that the membership fees is not refundable, and I agree and understand that no usage of the studio does not allow early termination of this agreement nor does it warrant a refund of any type.
3.If choose, I transfer membership to another person who will fulfill the minimum membership term as set out in this agreement with an additional fee of Rs 1500.
4.YoKalp- Yoga & Pilates Studio may at their discretion block access to any membership agreement without notice for any non-
compliance of this agreement or any behavior or action that they deem inappropriate.
5.1 understand that members are only permitted to join the class at the time chosen by them during the registration process. Only, in case of any urgency the timing of the class can be adjusted.
6.YoKalp- Yoga & Pilates Studio is not responsible for the lost, stolen, or misplaced belongings, but will surely assist the person who lost it in whichever way possible.
7.1 fully take the responsibility for any damage which I may cause to, YoKalp, its facilities, services, products, or equipment, if such damage is caused by my willful act and/or negligence.
8.I understand that it is member’s responsibility to inform the teacher about any medical issue/injury/surgery.
9.1 am fully aware that the studio is equipped with video surveillance technology which is constantly recording for the security of the studio and that the video surveillance can be remotely viewed at any time by the studio operator.
10.In case, the member does not take the service within the given period. The freezing option is available for 1 week in 3 month’s plan, for 2 weeks in 6 month’s plan, and for 1 month in a yearly plan. The member must avail the services in the given period and the services will not be extendable beyond this.
