About Wunda Chair course

This course is designed for individuals interested in exploring the world of Pilates with a focus on the Wunda Chair apparatus. Participants will learn foundational Pilates principles, exercises, and techniques using the Wunda Chair to improve strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.

Week 1-2: Introduction to Pilates and Wunda Chair

  • Session 1: Course orientation, introduction to Pilates principles, history, and benefits.
  • Session 2: Familiarization with the Wunda Chair, safety guidelines, and basic body alignment.

Week 3-4: Foundational Exercises

  • Session 3: Breathing techniques and the importance of core engagement.
  • Session 4: Introduction to foundational Wunda Chair exercises, including the Hundred and Short Box series.

Week 5-6: Intermediate Wunda Chair Exercises

  • Session 5: Progressing from basic exercises to intermediate variations.
  • Session 6: Focus on balance, stability, and precision in movements.

Week 7-8: Advanced Wunda Chair Exercises

  • Session 7: Exploring advanced Wunda Chair exercises to challenge strength and flexibility.
  • Session 8: Course review, individualized feedback, and a comprehensive workout integrating all learned exercises.

1) Age – Between 18 to 55years

2) Fee- offline 35000 & online 30000/-

3) Course subject: Yoga Theory, Hathyoga,
Vinyasa, Teaching methodology, Yogic anatomy

4) Language: Hindi and English

5) Timing for practical -6:00-8:00am or 10:00am-
12:00pm for theory will be online 8:00-9:00pm
as online (Mon to Sat)

6) Eligibility:12th Pass
7) Duration: 60days
8) Registration is mandatory at least 5 days before
9) Inform Yogic kayakalp about any physical or
mental health issues including pregnancy, injuries,
and diseases before booking a course

  • Weekly quizzes on Pilates principles and Wunda Chair exercises.
  • Participant demonstration of exercises to ensure proper form and technique.
  • Active participation in group discussions and activities.
